PTA Reflections Program The National PTA Reflections Program is America's oldest and largest arts education program of its kind. Since 1969, the program has encouraged students across the nation and in American schools overseas to explore their artistic talents.
The PTA Reflections Program challenges students to create art inspired by a specific theme. Students in Grades Pre-K through 12 are recognized for bringing the theme to life through film production, dance choreography, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts.
Students participate in the Reflections Program by submitting entries to their local PTA/PTSA. The entries are then evaluated by local artists to select the artwork that will to move on to the county PTA level. Once at the county level, the entries are again judged by a group of local artists to determine which entries will advance to the State PTA level and represent Pinellas County. If the entry is selected to move on from the State level, it then moves up into the National PTA level for judging.
