The National PTA Reflections program encourages students of all ages and abilities to explore and be involved in The Arts in an educational way. Through this Program, the National PTA, Plumb Elementary PTA and PTAs across the country urge students in preschool through grade 12 to create and submit original works of art in the medium of their choice— Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography and Visual Arts — reflecting on a specific theme. There is also a Special Artist division option for students with disabilities to ensure that all students have the opportunity to participate in the program. Students are recognized each year for their artistic ingenuity to bring the theme to life in a way that is personal and meaningful.
Our independent judges also donated their time and expertise as they reviewed each submission, offered comments on the work, gave advice on areas they saw that could improve next time, and assigned individual scores. We appreciate their contribution to these students' lives and artistic futures! Our JUDGES were:

Our PLUMB GRAND PRIZE WINNER of the competition, Miss Isabella Carson , for her submission in Dance Choreography. Not only did she receive the highest number of total points of all the students for her submission, but hers was the ONLY submission to receive the maximum number of points possible for her interpretation of this year’s theme.
